I am not particularly the greatest fan of drinking Tea specially the no sugar and no milk one’s. Also importantly i never noticed any significant improvement in my alertness level after i drank tea (specially the black tea), so i thought that tea wasn’t particularly for me specially since Coffee did help me stay awake so it solved my purpose. But after getting to know the coffee bad effects on health i went on a lookout for a more healthy beverage and here i am sipping Green tea as i write this article. Ok, to be honest i still don’t like the taste but considering it’s health benefits i am decided on making it a habit.

Green Tea, a Chinese invention became immensely popular in 20th century when awareness about it’s benefits spread, since then it’s consumption has been on the rise around the world. Green tea is still majorly produced in China followed by Japan and Vietnam. Japanese one is considered as more beneficial for reasons because of higher antioxidant but we here would focus on natural (non artificial) version of green tea and list how it can benefit your mind and body.
